Adsorption dryer

Adsorption drying of compressed air is the use of desiccants to reduce the humidity of the air. Depending on the application, different materials are used. Depending on the system, different desiccants are used for different dew points. The size of the adsorption dryer is determined according to the desired dew point.

There are primarily 2 different types of adsorption dryers:

Cold regenerating desiccants – Model DAn
Heat regenerating desiccants – Model HDA

The application of the two methods depends on the customer’s needs and is selected according to the performance needs. A customer-specific selection can be made or suggested by your IKS team.
