Filter for high vacuum machines
Exhaust gases from rotary vane pumps for the high vacuum range contain up to 10 mbar (abs) visible oil mist. These filters were made to avoid this fog. They are equipped with an integrated pressure relief valve, which triggers as soon as the filter element clogs, so as to prevent the pressure increase. All filters are supplied with fittings suitable for the respective application.
