Roots blowers
Cost-effective application from 150 to 1000 mbar.
Also applicable for pumping stations.
Design features:
- 3 blade fan
- air filter silencer -> mounted on the inlet flange
- reactive silencer > arranged on the outlet side and metallically connected to the base frame of the blower
- roots blower drive -> electric motor + V-belt (taper lock system)
- V-belt -> secured by protective cover -> is omitted when supplied with soundproof hood
- Automatic pressure relief in case the machine comes to a standstill
- Check valve -> protects against ventilation
- Possibility of an oil change while the machine is running
- Vibration dampers
